With every shipment, in addition to the receipt, you will also receive all necessary documents needed for a return shipment. Haven’t received the return form in the package? Download it here. To return an item, you can use the return sticker and the return certificate. It’s this easy:
- Place the article(s) in the original packaging (if possible).
- Include the return receipt and seal the package with tape. Haven’t received the return form in the package? Download it here.
- Place the return label you’ve received with the order on the sealed package.
- Hand it over to the nearest Post office.
We will refund you the full purchase price of the returned products as quickly as possible, but not later than 14 days after termination by using the payment method you used. We may, however, wait until the moment that we have received the returned items, or until you have proven that they have been sent back. Make sure you return the articles in the same condition you have received them! You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
You have 14 days to think about your purchase after receiving it, and you may therefore return your items within 14 days whether it doesn’t suit you or it’s not what you expected – just send it back. You have to notify us in advance that you want to return an item. With a prior notification of the return you have another 14 days to actually return the products. This means that if, for example, you let us know of the purchase on the 14th day of your cool-off period, you still have another 14 days to return the item.
