If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can inform us within 14 days of receipt of your order by completing and downloading the return form. We will receive a report here. Within this period you can therefore view and fit your order, as you would in the store. Are not you completely satisfied with your order? Then return them carefree by following the steps below:
For a quick and correct handling, it is important that you use the return form. Fill in completely, download it and print it out. Place the shipping label on the box and put a copy of the return form in the box. Your package is ready for shipment easy as that! You have 14 days to send your package. Note: return costs are for your own account.
If you return the entire order, you will receive the purchase price including the shipping return. If you return a part of your order, you will only receive the purchase price.
The product (s) must be returned undamaged and unworn (other than that you would fit it in the store) with any labels still attached. For possible loss of value or damage (such as spots or other wear marks) on the article, we may hold you liable and deduct it from the refund.
The return address to which you must send returns is on the return label and is that of the logistics depot of our act partner RAW & SILK. If the logistics depot of RAW & SILK is not used as the return address, you are responsible for the returned shipment.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items. If you want a different size, color or item, you can return the unwanted item to us, as described above. In the meantime, you can order the correct item again from us.
The return costs of a return shipment are for your own account. The responsibility of the product to be returned by mail lies with the sender. The costs for a standard package at PostNL from the Netherlands are approx. € 6.95. However, we strongly advise you to send your return package to our handling partner by registered mail. This costs about € 8.60 at PostNL. The sender is free to choose which courier service he or she uses.
Return shipments are at the risk of the sender. This means that Blast from the past is not responsible for the damage and / or the loss of returned items. Always ask for a proof of delivery at the post office! Note: keep this until the refund of your return product (s) has been processed correctly. This is your proof of return.
When our handling partner receives a returned shipment, you receive an automated e-mail notification (and a credit note?). The moment you receive this mail, you will receive the amount for the returned items within a maximum of 10 working days. Refund will be made via the same payment method with which you paid your order.
